$5m divided by $1.65bn... barely a drop in the ocean... shareholders will get bugger all shares each... don't expect much selling at all. well not for that purpose anyway...
long term holders wont lock in capital gains tax just to get a free option...
think we'll see most acquire their tiny allocation out of cash.
