It really gets me why they would put a cap on it.
Surely you would think more dollars would be even better for them.
Companies often do this. Big cash raising and cap retail investors.
Do the instose put pressure on them?
If they receive offers for $30m from retail investors wouldn't that be
even better.
We know it takes huge dollars to complete these P3 trials if that
is what they are looking at.
In any case the more dollars in the bank surely the stronger they look.
