Agree with that, think its a money grab for a lot of them, and they just want to keep getting paid for years without achieving. Unless something changes—we’re stuck funding their luxury lifestyles while they avoid doing the very thing they’re paid to do: deliver results.keep the company limping along rather than taking a real risk. If they take a big swing and fail, the gravy train ends.
