T-Vec virus was designed to kill melanoma by direct injection. Mentioned in Melb last night that at first the viruses were too attenuated (made too weak) resulting in a response in some patientz only, so YF decided to shift this up a gear after considering some viruses only attack certain parts of a body and not all cells.

YF said that at CofH they have the GMP Production Facility to produce whatever he invented. I took that as a huge positive for IMU's suit of products, ie no outsourcing, just make it!
GMP produced synthetic insuline among many other products.

I think we probably underestimate the capacity of YF. He's not very tall, but he's THE giant in this field.
