The one observation I would make about AGM activity is that we have seen no resolutions generated by the major shareholders nor changes in their holdings where they have a substantial holding. Those substantial holders, if aggrieved, can move matters through shareholder generated resolutions. We have seen nothing. Also if a substantial holder changes holdings they are obliged to notify the company and in turn it is announced on the ASX within a short time. So the big holders like the Mann family holding are sitting and waiting. So am I (obviously a small holder by comparison but enough shares to be extremely invested). Good luck all.
