At CHM he already prepared the base for the RAD-model to be applied.

So, what would be the advantage?

If one of the bigger players would take a 20% stake it would signal to the market that IMU got something worth to be part of. The future funding would be without limits as long as the trial data justify it - as opposite to the current situation where the better the data means the lower the sp. The probably 20b shares then could be consolidated to 200m at $5, all looking great for a NASDAQ listing.
If the bigger guys / Hopper control up to 90% too then we retail wouldn't be any disturbance anymore as we couldn't act as a possible poison pill opposing any takeover deal. Suddenly IMU, like RAD now and most likely CHM soon, have been turned into insto-held stocks, the Hopper dream come true.

Where would leave that scenario us, the retail end? A few would hold on but who knows what happens when IMU gets entirely listed in the US, we most likely get " motivated " to mandatorily handover our shares.

Hopper did not care about any expired options at CHM and the ODs aren't looking good to be in the money in 8 weeks time. If there was a 10c restructuring then even the OEs could be at risk.

If we are lucky we might get a small slice of the pie but as RAD just showed sometimes even the 100% sure thing can go the other way when the invited CR-sharks Lind and Regal won't obey the unwritten rules.

All speculation at this point but nothing, absolutely nothing can be ruled out.

Just to top my "speculations".

Hopper needs to come up with $3m for subscribing for 75m shares at 4c at RAD. Where could this money come from? Selling 60m IMU shares at 5c? MacBank?, unlikely as the current $10m IMU loan at 8c is heavily under water.

Get ready for a hopefully off-market transfer and not on-market like last time to pay the tax bill for his wife.
