Hey Shurley, I don't believe what level the SP gets to decides when a CR happens. Don't get me wrong, they want the SP to go through the roof before it's all orchestrated. They'll hope pending data before years end provides this for them. Should they run out of months', they'll do it by years end regardless of where the SP is trading. Simply because they can, and a low SP hasn't deterred them in the past. Capital becomes more important, compared to copping flack over dilution. Should that happen, the AGM will be long gone by years end.
