If what you suggest - PH holding 400m shares and LC holds 300m (and I don't care if there shares or options, they both tie into the success or failure of the same beast) then it's a complete joke, them wanting more based on performance. Somebody posted yesterday that LC started at IMU on $300k. That for mine would be a fair remuneration based on the pathetic demise of the SP over the past three years.
Although I regard the false start out of the blocks in 2021 in going to $0.63c as based out of FOMO. Lesslie would have known what timeframes that were ahead of IMU's with trials, and what deals were or were not looming. Irresponsibly, after seeing the SP retreat back to $0.40c by December 2021 She came out with her ROSE GARDEN statements such as -" 2022 will be very rewarding for IMU investors" - " We have many dance partners " - to list but a few !
And guess what, Our SP withered to just $0.039c within 18 months.
Well those who doubled down in purchasing multiples of initial holdings at that time, aren't just going anywhere. Unless forced financially, That would be simply DUMB ! The SP is a basket case, however the science has done nothing but go from strenght to strenght. So whilst were all now in acceptance that data will finally fall over the last 4 months of this year - Why then within this time do we need to reward management with millions of dollars in performance remunerations. If we're all needing to be patient, why doesn't that extend to management.
Some very staunched posters have suggested selling. It bares similarities to my local Golf Club recently, where members were sick and tired of sitting amongst dirty tables, covered in empty glasses and leftover food by previous patrons. Staff suggested if we don't like it to go to the other club in town, whilst they all had a great time chatting behind the bar. Guess what no patrons left, and after a few chats with management, those who still work there keep the tables tidy and even say please and thank you to patrons now. Somethings get away from being reasonable, this is one of them for mine. Sometimes you get sick of being treated like a mushroom !
I'm 100% behind the success of IMU and wait patiently for results, in rectifying this SP disaster. I would like management in considering their upcoming self appointed remunerations, in doing the same !
