Not at all. This is the first phase and like the initial phases of the other products ahead of Vainia, this initial trail was literally a low dose to test toxicity, to make sure Vaxinia doesn't poison people. I'd hazard a guess that the next cohort will be at a higher dose to further test toxicity plus see if it starts eating the tumour. The results of that will be more profound.
