One contributing factor to the SP rising to 60c was the amount of money (cash) being thrown around in the midst of covid. In Australia, we had access to super, cash payments and a reduction in other expenses such as those that would normally be incurred in travelling to work. This small snapshot in time IMHO has no historical precedent and is extremely unique!
