T/O by BP are done end of Ph2 clinical trial because that's usually when efficacy are seen but IMU are already demonstrating efficacy early in Ph1 clinical trial. The point of registrational clinical trial is you don't need to do Ph3 and can use the data in Ph2/Ph3 to gain regulatory approval, this path is much faster and cost a lot less money needed for the traditional Ph3 clinical trial.
