Hey Steini,
HER-Vaxx IP is B-Cell IP, so I very much doubt the HER-Vaxx IP could be sold without selling the whole B cell platform. Instead, long term licencing rights could be "sold", but I think it more likey there would be a profit sharing arrangement attached.
