The only thing they will address is the Fraud, Waste and Abuse of the system, such as the millions of 'US citizens' aged 110, 120, 130, 150, 200, and even 300 yr old recipients of funds. They are interested to see why they are still on the books, if they receive any funds, and who may be fraudulently receiving them.
