Disagree, I believe it is perfect timing for his sale/IMU and prior to ASX 200 inclusion.
The board would of been consulted and generally in agreeance to sell now to Insto for if he requires the funds for his other projects and taxes.
It would be quite dramatic for if Paul Hopper did this sale next year when most of the trials are ending up waiting on the results and/or trails quite in depth down the road - imagine that!
