I was just about to post something similar when I saw @QiQi's post. My question has partly been answered by QiQi, but I'll still ask it.
As we all know, Overall Survival (OS) is the primary endpoint, and Progression-free Survival (PFS) an interim measure. As QiQi has said, a few people reacted negatively when it was revealed that our PFS was 'only' equivalent to standard of care.
However, mustn't it also be the case that OS is so far looking better than Standard of Care? If it was clearly going to turn out worse, surely the last thing anyone would be thinking about would be further trials - even in combination.
