Combination trial planning was mentioned in the latest Proactive interview, but at the end of the Her-Vaxx poster it already had this:
"A study (neoHERIZON) in perioperative HER2+GC with HER-Vaxx in combination with FLOT +/- anti-PD-L1 is in planning"
So my interpretation is that this would be a Phase2b running"
HER-Vaxx + Chemotherapy (FLOT is "Docetaxel, oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil)
Vs HER-Vaxx + PD1-VAX.
Another thought, maybe a partnership funded by Big Pharma then this could be a a full Phase 3.
