I understand that the median OS is based on the time it took for 50% of the sample set to die. But based on the example you present, wouldn't you be able to say that the median OS is at least 10 months? Can't put an exact figure on it since over 50% of the total sample set is yet to experience an event, but since more than 50% are still alive at the 10 month mark, can't the claim be made that median OS is at least 10 months?

I understand an equivalent announcement by IMU in respect of the HER-Vaxx trial would not be definitive in terms of OS, but it would be more accurate than the current 14.2 month claim, and would have represented real "new data". No?
