i have a question I hope someone can answer.
Reading the CF33 phase 1 trial there are 8 cohorts to complete the trial. From what I can tell this poster confirms the results from the first 3 cohorts, 5 cohorts remaining.
Is there any reason this trial is designed this long?
On the trial poster there was a point of expanding the trial into phase 2. Do I read that correct?
Do they really need a further 5 cohorts to identify the optimum dosage? (Noting the Vaxxina trial is only 4 cohorts, and 3 cohorts IV).
Given they are now seeing CF33 kill cancer in TNBC can the amend the trial mid flight to measure efficiency in the remaining cohorts. Or do we basically now have to see this through until we can go to the next step?
