We should be careful not to jump the gun on the actual killing part. A quick google of cancer necrosis seems to give mixed answers on whether it's good or bad but it seems that it is an accepted part of tumor progression.
"Tumor necrosis, foci of necrotic cell death, occurs in advanced solid tumors and is often associated with poor prognosis of cancer patients."
Not saying I disagree with you Davy but I'd like to hear something from Lesley or Yuman on whether the necrosis is as significant as you are suggesting it might be
