I would respectfully disagree 100%.
If by "big boys" you mean "long only" funds, they take longer than you think to assess, conclude and act.
They haven't "toyed" with the stock; they probably haven't yet noticed, and when they do they'll take a while to process.
Hedge funds move quicker than Long Only funds.
They are the ones more likely to "toy" with the stock.
At this stage the scientific explanation in today's announcement is too subtle to get their attention.
