It is not about getting over something as he is currently repeating this step at CHM and RAD. Please feel free to check the sp over there but if you think that this is an honorable behaviour towards employees and share holders then so be it.
Time will tell whether he continues to heavily discount any future deals / CRs or he changes his way towards achieving premiums.
My experience is that this would require a real change of the mind set which is hard to do. But who knows, maybe everything will turn out fine in no-time and you can tell me " I told you so! "
