I agree with you in my understand that stay tuned would indicate sometime in the short term. So I'm thinking no later than 2024.
You can't stay tuned for too long, it didn't seem like a medium or long term statement by LC. but there can be unexpected delays.
However, the biggest takeaway I got from that statement by LC and her facial expression was that it is definitely a part of their plan and they are confident they can achieve it.
