Totally agree. But the ASX logic is different. After the deal the market cap was reduced by AUD 150m despite achieving savings of about AUD 30. If Aussies are all about $$$ then this should have driven the sp up, not down. But again, must be the Southern Hemisphere that let's Aussies act that way. And that supports a NASDAQ listing, get it moved to the Northern Hemisphere were things seem to be the correct way up.
