Anybody who understands the role of IMU should be relieved like you. Imagine trying to get a camel to swim across the channel instead of crossing a desert. IMU has done beautifully out of this by relieving itself of this manufacturing burden while securing its necessary supply of Azer-cel for its trials. Win/win all around.
