YF has been very clear all along. He wants to cure cancer!!!!!!! And he wants every person on the planet to have access to this cure..

How would he do that. By making it as cheaply as possible. This move will give IMU access to their very own “ALLOGENIC” CarT Therapy targeting CD19. And their own factory ti produce as much as they need at lowest possible cost. And further, no third parties in the process.
It’s a master move because just getting FDA approval for the factory can be very time consuming.

Just the size of this factory indicates they expect to manufacture and sell serious volumes. And further if they plan to sell the company, big Pharma want the whole package wrapped up with a bow on it. Not a bag full of very complicated parts they need to assemble.

So , I’ve just told you the basics of why this deal was done. I’m sure LC’s webinar will very very valuable and interesting information. But I’ve just laid out the basics.

Please don’t assume because you don’t understand the deal that everyone else is in the same boat as yourself. There are several posters who have written really quality posts .

The market might not understand what’s happened but the markets don’t understand biotech . Many holders and posters here don’t seem to understand this company either.,

If you carefully select which posters you follow, it’s easy.
