As I continue to digest this news over the last few days the big questions I have are
1) if you have positive data / ground breaking data that cf33 platform is working why wouldn't you release that before capital raising?
2) why would you do this recent deal without having some form of view of success as that is an awful lot of risk?
my conclusions are: there has to be a view internally that diluting and running this risk to accelerate the deployment is worth the downside.
I hope management Paul and Leslie are not gambling with our money and taking their responsibilities to their shareholders seriously
