I see it the other way, it is unethical to treat people with chemo and radiation and make the process of proving up new treatments so long and drawn out. Time is of the essence and a lot of these patients are going to progress or die even if we had the cure because their immune system is completely shot by the time they qualify for trials. The FDA is the gateway to BP, or shall we call them the gate keeper.
