Yuman Fong explained recently that the Europeans will allow treating specialist Doctors to prescribe/use any new drug that is being trialled once the drug has met safety requirements. They don't allow a "free for all" for BP; the regulator sets the price that the drug can be sold, which is not significantly above cost, and only after 5 years can the company then market the drug at a commercial price. The use of the experimental drug must be supervised under "trial conditions". There is no way that the BP owned FDA will allow that approach in their bailiwick. Legacy drug sales must be protected at all cost...at all cost!
However, unlike something say like Covid........with no treatment options or SOC. Nuh, Covid was almost fully understood by the worlds leading virologists from the get go because they had gotten on top of SARS by 2005/2006. That is why so many doctors around the world were prescribing the combination Hydroxychloriquine, Zinc and Azithromycin as soon as Covid symptoms were diagnosed in the early months of 2020. Sometime later, it was realised that Ivermectin was probably more efficacious again. Regulators around the world attacked those Doctors who were simply meeting the highest standards of the hypocratic oath, which of course was their calling. In March 2020, whilst their mates in the US (New York Democrats) were demanding that 'HUG A CHINESE DAY' be observed simply to politic against Donald Trump, Dan Andrews and Bug a Lugs in Qld imposed horrific penalties against Doctors who followed the HO against the wishes of left-wing health bureaucrats. In fact, what's her name...Anastasia didn't just de-license disobedient Doctors, she imposed jail terms!! Surprise, surprise, who were the beneficiaries of that madness??
