Blinatumomab has a half life of 2.1 hours, and achieved an Complete Response rate of 81% B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. (with 4 courses).

Bile duct cancer to Leukaemia, I am sure the results will be different being very different cancer cells, let alone the added vector of how will the virus and Blinatumomab interact with one another. That aside though, my gut is telling me if this is going to work, it will work quickly and will be fairly obvious to those observing. (Unlike waiting months to see if pseudo progression has occurred).
