Is the dump more so traders trading that first hour, waiting for the price to fatten enough for some profit? Or some long time holders just waiting for an opportunity to get a little bit back? An announcement such as this is more a trader’s dream if anything IMO. It wasn’t bad, and IMO if anything it confirms they are on track. It just isn’t the SP mover we are waiting for.
I’ve always been wary of that 10-11am hour where it can suck so many in. It dropped from 6.1 cents to 5.5 cents in a heartbeat after climbing quickly. It happens with so many stocks. I don’t have the trading or investment skills to know what all the reasons are, but it seems to be a common pattern.
IMO, this is going to keep happening until the real meaty announcements that carry the key word “Success!” There will be no trading dumps on that day. Hence IMU will remain that stock loved by both traders and those long term investors with a lot of patience.
