That's not correct, 150m shares plus possibly another 150m go to a big pharma as corner stone. There was about 1b more shares at 5c mentioned but not an indication when and to whom. So far, the best CR he has done in 18 months when just considering the max of 300m shares being issued on 08/08/24.
