Thanks for the link, I have been looking at their site and snipped a few interesting screenshots, I agree, as others have mentioned that this new company has been purely formed as a result of the ability of CD19 targeting of IMU'S CF33 on solid tumors.

1. Note below the announcement and agreement dates (agreement signed back in September) and specifically mentioning targeting solid tumors, this surely means that they are liking what the have seen well before September (it takes time to move a motion to start up a new company and needs to be based on a compelling reason)

2. See the Imugene logo in a very light watermark under their pipeline page, now in late discovery stage, I do like that the pipeline includes "Partner stage"
