The patent was just another measure to delay the inevitable. They got this down to a fine art now. The Patents are a good one. Means nothing but gives a little share price boost so a few can get off the train.
So i guess we are all firm that we are in plan B now as plan A was stuffed up. Plan B is going to take a very very long time and it seems right that the share price should settle below the run up from 10c. The run from 10c was based on deal momentum nothing more nothing less. So, we now have a company fluffing around trying to let share holders down easy.
I say just rip the bandaid off. Come out and say we screwed a deal up , immunotherapy is being killed off by big pharma and we have at least 10 years until we could have anything remotely commercial. Thats why we raised all the cash dummy.
