You may be nit picking a bit here
They highlighted one patient but, in previous announcements they mentioned that a number of patients had extended periods where cancer was diminished, and they were living longer. We don't know how many are cancer free at the moment - and for how long.
The announcement showed one promising case of an extended period of 1000 days being cancer free - we should all be celebrating that anyway.
