this is the first time I’ve discussed why I’m here , I’ve found it very hard to share
like others on here dealing with cancer I am dealing with it through my wife’s eyes , in 2018 she was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis , a large tumour normally benign was diagnosed as malignant on her thymus , after massive open heart surgery she developed a bowel blockage and went into a myasthenia crisis, her voice was slurring her muscles weak , at the time we didn’t know a lot about it as we were focused on the cancer resection , we rang her neurologist and he said can you drive from dubbo to orange now , we left straight away not realising what was in store still chatting and joking on the way , after going through emergency it was one hour and she was intubated and I had a female doctor patting me on the arm saying she is in gods hands now, she was on life support for over 30 days , after a long recovery we still had to deal with a few more tumours , through covid she was flown to Sydney for another resection I was not allowed there , over the last few months her lung tumours (never had one smoke in her life) have spread to lymph node , rib and stomach , as I lay here and listen to her sleep she recieved her second dose of chemo last Wednesday with two more planned , she has lost her hair which was her biggest fear being still young looking for 58 , I didn’t think she would handle it as well as she did , last week as a family all the men shaved our heads , she shaved hers last and put it on Facebook which was a relief for her in the end , we still hold hope and pray for all cancer sufferers and their families

I cringe at the paid downrampers working for the greedy rich , there are plenty of stocks to manipulate , this one is important to many many people , shame on them

I hope we get there sooner rather than later , but although I hold hope of a cure I just hope it comes fast enough

she now has stage 4 lung cancer it’s a terrible disease , but I’m so proud of her and how she is handling herself

good luck all , although I hope to make some good returns it is secondary really, the reason is I’m hoping to be able to afford a new caravan to replace the one we cancelled two years ago due to her condition , the portfolio isn’t enough now to do the trip we dreamed of as the market has been shocking lately and although I took some nice profit off the table I kept enough that has dissapeared , and I gave up work three years ago, but if imugene can move quickly maybe we will have at least some time together on the road
