Nice to see most of the progressive disease cases were at the lowest dose tested, mostly for IV admin. Majority of higher dose have disease control and best responses seem to be with intratumoural administration +/- pembro. Given the small number of patients tested at these early doses over a wide range of tumour types it is impressive that there is already some promising early data for the 2 biliary cancer cases.
