Ok, so now that I have time, I've put the JP Morgan Presentation side by side, 2023 on the left versus the 2024 version, my high level review without getting too much in to the nitty gritty ...
Bit lazy with the front page IMO.
2023 preso was 38 pages, 2024 was 35 pages.
Quite an update to the team in a year, hope it's building to something exciting.
Not too sure why Monil Shah still gets a run, he's done little of (obvious) substance ... still waiting on that 1st commercial deal ...
3 platforms in 2023, 4 now.
I'll skip over Azer-Cel in the 2024 preso and go to CF33.
[insert sarcasm font], things must be going well, the circle is getting larger.
2023, talked about what it "could" do and has the mouse data, 2024 talks about what it does do providing CR's / PR's / SD's with screen shots showing that CF33 turns cold tumours hot. TBH, we've come a long way in a year ...
Not too much to say about CF33-CD19, now known as onCARlytics. 2023 again talked about what it "could" do. 2024 talks about Phase 1 Oasis study starting when the first patient was enrolled at City of Hope in October 2023 ... which makes me think - surely we're due for an update on enrollment / progression on this front?
2023 then goes into B-Cell Immunotherapies highlighting HER-Vaxx, whilst 2024 goes into B-Cell Immunotherapies in general.
[insert sarcasm font again], it looks like they've re-arranged the lab.
I'm liking the extended survival timeline ...
2023 had PD1-Vaxx under it's own category, 2024 puts it under the B-Cell Immunotherapies section, but again, good progress has been made ...
... with it now ready to move into combination OBD following completion of the Arm 1 and Arm 2 cohorts.
2024 talks about recruiting in 1H 2024, recruiting 44 patients with Colorectal Cancer.
2024 reiterates the 4 unique platforms targeting
both blood and solid tumours (for those that have read this far, like Ron Burgundy, this is kind of a big deal).
Then we move on to the expected highlights:
2023 predictions ... we haven't yet hit Vaxinia OBD (man, we have got to be close to hearing news about this)
BUT we have achieved a fast track, so I'll take it.
From 2023, Checkvacc has been parked, and maybe it is a good thing that we are focusing on treatments that have the greatest potential, I think we have a great balance at the moment.
This is the "worlds greatest mystery" - how are we valued less now then we were in 2023. Mind boggling really (dilution aside).

@Watmighthavben does it regularly, bless him) - what happened to JPM?
On to Investment Highlights:
4 platforms now, with Blood cancers at the top of the list and bile duct added (would have been great if they highlighted the fast track - lost opportunity IMO - have no idea why???).
Manufacturing facility - great - let's start generating revenue from it.
9 clinical studies has dropped to 5 - again, I agree with this strategy.
Had 2 supply agreements ... but now we sit and wait for Monil.
On to the last page and hang on a sec ... has that patient gotten off the table and into the lab???
All in all, for anyone playing along at home (as I reckon those who attended the JP Morgan presentation would be), IMU are moving along at a nice pace and I'm looking forward to seeing what 2024 brings.
