Question for yourself or anyone else that can comment….Do we have any indication of where the inflection point is between injected HER-Vaxx and antibody response?! I.e. where there is diminishing marginal response from more HER-Vaxx?!
From what Iv gleaned, we have reached third cohort with no added toxicity and 50% response rate.
On this basis, is it reasonable to assume the most optimal dosage has yet to be found? Optimal being the highest dosage that elicits the highest antibody response, all else equal.
Any clarity around this would be appreciated…obviously if patients can get much higher doses AND stronger immune (antibody) response we could see the results of this Phase 2 as well within the capabilities of HER-Vaxx….
