Median ages 1: 70 (46 to 76) 2: 75 (51 to 89) 3: 73.5 (56 to 85)
As mentioned they have all failed on previous treatments with potentially compromised immune systems and elderly, and late stage lung cancer, with one patient aged 89. No offense intended but these patients are the worst case scenario for any treatment regime.
Great results in my opinion, now let's move on with combination therapy in a more resilient cohort (no prior treatments, potentially younger and still healthy immune systems)
