I said if PH didn't get a good deal then there wouldn't be a CR, the quarterly released today back what I said that they didn't need to do a CR right now and why LC said this as well and if the clinical trial are poor then LC is a weasel.
You think the CR was poor which is why you think CIV got a "sweetest sweetheart" deal, I would agree if IMU didn't have the option to buy back the $26M warrant. This tell me it wasn't a "sweetest sweetheart" deal and that's why Tranche 1 was only $20M, you don't think CIV would have pushed for the entire Tranche 1 to be $46M if it was such a "sweetest sweetheart" deal , why do you think PH only wanted $20M which will only cover them for a quarter
