@AlCp is the only bullish or ‘long’ holder that keeps trying to defend this company for executing the worst way to raise working capital for a stock.. the death spiral convertible note… and he just doesn’t understand CIV’s motive or understand how and why they offered this mechanism… it’s clear that no one else was offering ‘clean equity’ to help this amazing opportunity be funded for another 6 months or so.. at least the other long only holders can see its a shit deal and are hoping for the best in the darkness, in silence.. - this village idiot can’t read or comprehend or even understand how devastating this wil be on the capital structure of IMU.
