The IP need to advance to show they are working in order to attract partnership or sold. There has only been one clinical trial update for VAXINIA and Azer-Cel 14 and 5 months ago, that's why the next 2-5 (VAXINIA and OASIS) and then 8-11 months (Azer-Cel) are very important to IMU with more data release for these IP. Like I've already told you, there was some concern around toxicity for Azer-Cel and more data are required to see if the combination with IL-2 has addressed this so why will there be interest right now??? The next development stage for Azer-Cel is to obtain Fast Track designation with these data provided they continue to be excellent and then gain registrational clinical trial.
CHM isn't as advanced as IMU so why do you keep comparing IMU to CHM???? PH's strategy is to attract BP to buy the entire company just like VLA but they only had one IP whereas he need to get all of IMU's IP to this stage so maybe there was a cheap $100M offer for Her-Vaxx but PH didn't want to sell it??
