If IMU did a Cr with a company buying 46M shares at 3.8c - this would be good.
But that is not what happened- all the terms and the use of the convertible note scheme actually does matter.
It is not the same confidence as a standard CR done at 3.9c. A standard CR assumes that the price will go up and make money etc However the terms of this scheme does not assume price going up/or good data.
It isn't downramping or whatever it is just pointing out the confidence of rather lack of confidence the financier has in IMU as a company.
