If PH did a conventional CR, there were posters who said he need to offer 40% discount so would have to offer the CR at 2.8c and then they would have immediately sold after receiving the shares. This CR arrangement mean there isn't immediate dilution and sell off but the risk is CIV will short to sell down the pps to convert at lower price, however, they risk having to cover when the clinical trial update is suddenly released. At the end of the day, it's all about the clinical trial updates for these type of stock and if they manipulate based on no change then it will be a good buying opportunity not only for them but us.
