I agree @Steini - this is the beginning of the first step in trialling a B-cell therapy on its own without intervention or should I say IMO interference from the likes of chemotherapy or other immune suppressant drugs. Not mind blowing but a vast improvement in moving towards proving its potential. IMO good news as we take the next step up.
