Getting a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th opinion on anything of interest is great if its a free opinion - its always a 'take it or leave it'
I asked this because i heard of the so called side effects, from what i have read the negative part of use with damage to the kidneys has to do with the creatinine levels, not with the creatine use - or something like that.
