Pro's are the company gets the money they need. The Con's are depends on the deal and how quickly the underwriter wants their money back. Bell Potter are getting these for .026c. Instant profit, almost double their money at current SP. They could flood the market with all the shares straight away, or hopefully, good news and they pump the crap out of them and then sell.
