The following table provides an overview of the results for 25 patients evaluable for response.



The disease control rate was 72% overall, 68% for monotherapy and 83% for combination cohorts.

Only 7 of the 25 patients had progressive disease. These are amazing results which validate the comments made by Yuman in the Road Show presentations as to the efficacy of CF33.

But what is even more amazing is the realisation that the complete response for patient US02-001 in the mono IT dose of 1x10^7 was achieved after the patient was assessed as PD after the second scan, PR after the third scan before achieving CR in the fourth scan.

So what if patient US02-001 had elected, like the other 7 progressive disease patients to leave the trial after his first scan. I guess we would not headline news.
More to the point what if the other 7 patients had stayed on the trial, experienced psuedo-progression and achieved PR or even CR.

I totally understand that patients can elect to leave the trial but for the 16 who have left, 7 PD, 1 PR, and 8 SD I am left thinking what if they had stayed on.

Looking forward to more ground breaking results as patients progress through the higher dosing cohorts.
