PS: as an aside, how hilarious is it that management email the Roth report with 71c valuation (which its been for a long time) just two months after issuing 20c shares and free options to their mates and themselves with 4-year durations and exercise prices less than half of their commissioned valuation? Choose:

1. We're ripping you guys off by using your money to commission research reports from brokers that reach new heights of incompetence; or

2. We're ripping you guys off by issuing shares and options to all and sundry (except existing shareholders) at only a small fraction of the true worth of the company.
