Yes, it is very clear that efficacy is built into the MAST Phase 1 trial. I think that LC is a 'master' trial builder.
She has constructed this trial to give IMU the biggest and best chance at an early approval. Very smart.

Your post has absolutely nailed it in my view. I have been thinking along these lines for some time. Great analysis.
If ever I was looking at a trial designed to roll into a Phase I/II registrational trial ... this is it. Its scope and size says it all.
It is also designed to be a 'magnet' for Big Pharma, with so much early data. This is not to mention the tasty 'side dish'
with its Keytruda combo.

Apart from the current SP, I love how this company is moving forward. This is why it so important to have the best
people on board. The 'master stroke' of course, was LC and PH bringing Yuman into the IMU empire.
I don't think it will be too long now (ie. this year), when we will indeed see the Empire Strike Back!
